On this page you will find a link to the latest windows binary of BrlTex. To run this binary version, you only need to download the file, unzip it, and then run BrlTex.exe from the command line with the appropriate options. Use the command BrlTex.exe --help for usage instructions. Also included in this distribution you will find a file named BrlView.exe, this allows viewing of the brf files output from BrlTex. To use BrlView you need to install libbraille from the libbraille website.
